We’re looking for a CSA driver who cares about fresh organic food, community, and meaningful work. This role connects our farm with hundreds of local families - perfect for someone who loves being part of something bigger than themselves.
Schedule:
Wednesdays 7am–4:30pm
What You’ll Do:
Help pack and prepare CSA boxes in the morning
Organize produce and fulfill side orders with accuracy
Drive the Santa Barbara delivery route
Provide warm, reliable customer service
Problem-solve on the go and communicate with the team
Work independently and stay organized throughout the day
Must Be:
Detail-oriented, organized, reliable
Comfortable lifting 40 lbs
Able to work rain or shine
Positive, grounded, good with people
A safe, responsible driver
Someone who values local food + community
Requirements:
Clean driving record (we will check)
Comfortable driving a van
Smartphone for routes
