The Dishwasher/Cleaner is responsible for cleaning the kitchen and washing all dishes.
Mornings shifts.
Duties:
Provides clean and sanitized kitchenware for our employees and guests
Responsible for safe and proper operation and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
Maintains the dish area to be clean, organized, and sanitized, in addition to the kitchen floors swept and mopped
Experience & Qualifications:
Valid Food Handlers Card / Certification
Availability to work must be workdays and weekends
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to maintain a positive environment
A respectful team player who communicates frequently with all employees throughout the shift
Working Environment, Physical Requirements:
Adhere to all health and safety requirements
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs and easily maneuver trays of pastries
Constant use of fingers, hands and arms use of various restaurant equipment
Occasional stooping, crawling, climbing, and other mobility
Personal protective equipment is provided and will be strictly required, including but not limited to:
o Face coverings and/or face shields
o Plastic gloves or other food-handling equipment
o Regular sanitizing, hand-washing, personal and industrial hygiene protocols
