Institution Ale Co. is looking for a doorperson for our Santa Barbara location two nights a week (Friday & Saturday) part-time 8pm-11:30pm. We're looking for friendly, hardworking, motivated people, who want to join our team and work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Earn up to $20 an hour!

Responsibilities:
-Greets guests in a positive, friendly manner and makes them feel welcomed.
-Controls entry into the tasting room by checking legal identification documents of all guests entering believed to be less than 21 years of age.
-Identifies false identification documents and kindly denies entry into the tasting room when needed.
-Identifies visibly intoxicated persons attempting to enter the tasting room and kindly denies them entry.
-Supports staff with tasks and project-based work. Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned.
-May assist staff by bussing glasses and tables and washing glassware.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Must be able to work Friday - Saturday nights!
-High school diploma, GED, and equivalent work experience is required.
-Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Work well with others
-Excellent communication skills
-Candidates must be over 21 years of age
-Experience working in the craft beer industry is a plus but not required
-Must have a Responsible Beverage Serving Certificate (RBS) & a CA Food Handler Certificate completed before the start date
