Position:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers to customers
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Skills:
- Experience in banquet or catering environments is a plus
- Proficiency in basic math including retail math calculations
- Familiarity with the food industry is beneficial
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
