St Bibiana is seeking a reliable and responsible front of house supervisor with the ability to oversee other FOH staff while attending to the needs of customers and the store.
Shift responsibilities include:
-Accurately taking orders at the counter and over the phone
-Running orders
-Bussing tables
-Maintaining the dining room
-Light food preparation (Making salads & simple cheese plates, portioning condiments)
-Preparing and serving coffee, lemonade, iced tea
-Serving beer and wine
-Folding pizza boxes, polishing silverware and glassware
Other responsibilities:
-Training and directing FOH staff
-Beer and wine ordering
-Cash management
The ideal candidate will be comfortable holding front of house staff accountable to the standards and expectations set by management, and is interested in growing with the company.
Qualifications:
-Previous supervisor experience in a hospitality environment
-Previous food service experience
-Beer & Wine knowledge
-Food Handler’s License, or willing to obtain within first 3 months of employment
-Availability to work between 11am and 10pm (St. Bibiana is closed Mondays & Tuesdays)
Compensation:
$18-20/hr DOE, plus tips (typically $4-6/hr). Potential for raises based on performance and increased responsibility.
