Position: Full-time/Part -time Member (Front-of-the-house & support tasks)
What you'll do:
- Greet guests, take & deliver orders, help customers with the market-side of the business, as well as, maintain cleanliness and ambiance.
- Assist with basic prep, run food and drink, support the team across stations when needed.
- Collaborate with back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house to keep service smooth and guest satisfaction high.
- Stay alert, flexible and ready to help in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold our standards of food quality, sanitation, and guest interaction.
What we are looking for:
- Friendly, positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork
- Reliable, punctual, committed to being part of the solution
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing needs.
- Prior hospitality, seafood, or restaurant experience a plus (but if you're eager and coachable we'd like to meet you!)
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends - downtown Santa Barbara is lively and our guests expect high energy.
