As a guest service agent also known as the front desk attendant, applicants need to have a positive, productive demeanor to support the hotel's front and back office including: customer service, record keeping, telephone operations, reservations, and other related activities. Applicants need to be customer friendly, organized and reliable.
This position requires weekends and holidays.
Shift1: 7am - 3pm, Shift 2:30pm-11pm. SOME SHIFT 1 AND SHIFT 2
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Check in and check out guests efficiently
Manage online and phone reservations
Communicate with housekeeping department to ensure smooth check in process and rooms are ready for guests
Provide information for guests regarding rates, rooms, rates and amenities
Response to guests' complaints in timely manner and professional manner
Receive and route incoming calls in an efficient, friendly manner
Accurately post charges to guest accounts.
Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary company information, including but not limited to, hotel performance statistic, information about clients, prospective business, hotel financial information throughout and after employment by the hotel
