Are you ready to be part of an unforgettable experience at a picturesque ranch? Circle Bar B Guest Ranch, nestled up Refugio Canyon in the Santa Ynez Mountains, is seeking a talented Guest Services expert to join our Front Desk team!
Guest Services Responsibilities:
- Check in Guests, and complete all check in tasks
- Take Reservations via phone
- Process Credit Card Payments, and record Payments
- Bartending/serving guests
- Assisting with Dinner and breakfast service, and setup as needed
- Create Social Media postings
- Drive Marketing and Social Media initiatives
- Complete Site Tours with tentative event partners
- Removing trash from bar/workstations areas
- Complete all opening/closing tasks during respective shifts
- Complete property and room inspections
- Assist in developing and implementing new marketing material
- Assist in marketing for horseback riding
- Anticipate the Guests’ needs!
Job Details & Requirements
- $20-$22 Per Hour DOE
- Breakfast or Dinner included during each working shift
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends
