Tyler x Lieu Dit is seeking a Line Cook to join our team in downtown Santa Barbara.

Tyler x Lieu Dit is a wine bar and tasting room featuring two distinct yet complementary wine brands: Tyler, focused on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and Lieu Dit, dedicated to Loire Valley varieties grown on California’s Central Coast. Inspired by European wine culture and cuisine, we provide an inviting space for locals and visitors to discover exceptional wines paired with seasonal dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Prep – following instructions on ingredient preparation and recipes
Cleaning – able to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen throughout shift, execute weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
Assisting Head Chef – assisting with preparing dishes and following instructions, able to execute menu items as instructed
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Prior restaurant experience preferred.
- Basic culinary knowledge or a strong willingness to learn (training will be provided).
- Has or can attain a California food handlers license.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly: $18.00
- Potential to participate in tip pool after demonstrated performance
