Head Chef position available 40hrs/wk. Must be available to work on nights and Saturdays.
We are an established neighborhood tap room and restaurant in the up and coming Uptown area. We have been here for 10 years. We are looking for hard worker who is eager to learn.
Job Duties:
All kitchen activities including prep, cooking on the line, ensuring quality control, maintaining health and cleanliness standards, placing orders with vendors, and leading other staff members, making schedules, keeping down food costs.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1-2yrs cooking experience
Communicate well with others
Multi-task and keep your cool in a fast paced kitchen
Food Handlers Card
Leadership or Supervisory experience is a plus
Sense of humor is a plus
Compensation will be Based on Experience, plus tips.
