Now hiring wine tasting room associates for the only winery in Downtown Ventura.
We are a small batch winery with coastal vibes and relaxed approach to enjoying unique and experimental wines.

Previous tasting room experience is A MUST. Please do not apply if you do not have relevant wine/tasting room experience.
Job Description:
- Collaborate closely with our team to create a friendly and knowledgeable culture around wine within our tasting room.
- Uphold our brand's standards and consistently work to enhance guest experience.
- Initiate tastings by guiding guests through our menu and educating them on our wines.
- Preparing and glasses, bottles, and other available menu items.
- Opening and closing duties such as as set up, cleaning, restocking and preparing menu items for service.
- Accuracy managing inventory and order management on POS system.
- Assist with organizing of special events.
- Promoting wine club, events, and encouraging guests to return,
- Facilitating any tasks delegated by management/ownership with initiative and positive attitude,
- Provide excellent customer service and guest experience at all times.
Requirements:
- Must possess a positive attitude toward team members and be welcoming and enthusiastic to our guests.
- Must be excited about wines and educating our guests on our unique products.
- Must demonstrate sales skills to meet monthly sales goals an receive bonuses.
- Previous wine tasting room experience is REQUIRED.
- Availability most afternoons/evenings
- Willingness and availability to work during peak times, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, and adaptability to a finely-tuned service schedule.
- Full weekend availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is preferred. Partial but regular weekend availability may be considered.
- Must possess or be willing to satisfy any required certifications for serving alcohol
- Ability to lift, carry, or transport items up to 50 pounds (roughly equivalent to a case of wine).
- Must be available to start immediately for part-time hours.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
