POSITION: LEAD LINE COOK
Essential Responsibilities:
Prepares food items to be cooked in quantities according to menu.
Cooks food items in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.
Directs activities of those who assist in preparing and serving meals.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide a great experience for all clients and guests.
Uphold to all TFL standards, guidelines, and policies.
Reliable - must be at work on time and as scheduled.
Follow operational and safety guidelines.
During downtimes, expected to find other duties to remain productive including assisting kitchen with preparing food, cleaning, organizing, inventory assistance, etc.
May be responsible for:
Additional cleaning throughout the restaurant.
Rotating supplies for freshness using FIFO method.
Stocking products and supplies.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
18 years or older.
ServSafe Certificate or obtain one within 30 days of employment.
Work well under minimal supervision.
Be able to focus on the details at all times and have an eye for perfection.
Work well in a fast paced environment.
Be able to multitask and switch tasks quickly.
Work well with other team members.
Be able to read, write, count, and accurately complete documentation in English.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
2 years restaurant/catering/hospitality experience.

None
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand/walk 8+ hours a day.
Must be able to push/pull carts weighing up to 50lbs.
Must able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50lbs.
Employment Type:
Full-time
Hours Monday-Friday 8am-3:15pm but is FLEXIBLE
