We are looking for a new team member to join our kitchen. We are a small meal delivery service based here in Santa Barbara. We specialize in gourmet meals delivered to clients homes, but we also do catering and events frequently. The food we deliver is hot and ready to eat, and the menus change daily.
You would be working directly with the chef to craft the meals for the day and also help with deliveries. Typically our work hours are from 9-5 Monday thru Thursday with a few hours of additional prep for the week on Sunday. We do not work evenings unless it is for an event in which case, you would be informed well in advance.
The ideal candidate will grow with us as we evolve and be able to handle the day to day operation in the Chef's absence.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Kitchen experience is a must
- Candidates MUST have a valid U.S. Driver's License
- Must have your own vehicle to make deliveries
- Know how to use knives skillfully
- Be able to maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Work well with others
