Position Details:
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 2 PM–10 PM
Location: The Upham Hotel, downtown Santa Barbara 1404 De La Vina St, Santa Barbara
Compensation: DOE, competitive, and includes tips
Responsibilities:
Execute daily prep to standards and maintain accurate pars
Work the hot line during service with focus and consistency
Keep a clean, organized station and communicate clearly throughout service
Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Current California Food Handler’s permit
Punctual, reliable, communicative, and a true team player
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays
