We’re a plant-based restaurant known for bold flavors, a Mexico City–inspired menu, farmers market–driven dishes, and natural wine.
Founded by Chef Dalan Griffin—who spent time living and cooking in both Mexico City and New York City and gained experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant in San Francisco—Rascals began as a pop-up and has grown into a full-service, table-service restaurant rooted in intention, creativity, and care. We’re a small but fast-growing business with a tight-knit team and a loyal community of regulars.
We’re looking for dependable, experienced servers who take pride in great service and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. We need people who are ready to jump in, show up, and take the role seriously. If you’ve worked in restaurants before and know how to hold down a section, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
– Full table service: greet, take orders, run food, and close out checks
– Provide warm, knowledgeable service and guide guests through the menu
– Communicate clearly with the kitchen and teammates
– Maintain a clean, organized section and stay attentive to guest needs
– Handle high-volume service with a calm, positive attitude
Requirements:
– Prior restaurant experience (not an entry-level position)
– Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
– Reliable, mature, and team-oriented
– Must be available nights and weekends
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
