Job Title: Part-Time Pastry Cook

Location: Alessia patisserie & cafe

Hours: Part time - Friday - Sunday to start, hours range starting from 4am.

Are you passionate about crafting high-quality pastries? Alessia patisserie, a renowned high-end café known for its artisanal offerings, is seeking a talented Part-Time Pastry Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, with a focus on high-quality presentation and taste.

Assist with the production of croissants, including laminating dough, shaping, and baking.

Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in all baked goods.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen in compliance with health and safety standards.

Collaborate with the team to develop and refine menu items.

Manage inventory and communicate supply needs effectively.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a pastry kitchen is required.

Strong knowledge of baking fundamentals; croissant experience is a significant plus.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision.

Early morning availability is required, as most tasks require preparation before café hours.
