La Cumbre Country Club is seeking experienced Servers to join our team!

Responsibilities
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each member and guest
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need
Ability to have extensive knowledge on the beverages we offer on the menu and the mastery of the food menu in order to guide guests towards choices that are best for them
Mechanical in execution uses organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
Ensuring that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
Qualifications
Exhibit strong multitasking abilities
Posses a diligent work ethic
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our members/guests
Experience in a Full Service Restaurant Preferred
Knowledge in cocktails, spirits and wine
Available to work nights
Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts

Pay: $18.00 plus 20% fixed service charge
We do require a background check.
