RECEIVER
Casa Dorinda is looking for a full-time Receiver. This position requires working at a fast pace and in an organized manner. Must be able to work independently and have the ability to communicate effectively with delivery drivers, purveyors, and all kitchen staff. Must understand the delivery times and cycles, and be able to stock items in their proper location, using a FIFO (first in first out) process. Items may need to be separated and distributed between, the Main Kitchen, Tray Service Kitchen, and the Grill. The best candidate will have a positive attitude, a good personality, and the ability to keep things organized. The schedule is currently Monday-Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. High School Diploma or GED Desired
Kitchen Porter experience is a Plus!
