BAR LOU MONTECITO IS HIRING
Hiring for a Server/ Bartender Hybrid role- this person would be trained for both roles and ideally would have a mix of bartending and serving shifts
Bar Lou Montecito, a French Riviera meets California cuisine, hosts a serene space with mid century interiors and a large outdoor patio. Our ideal candidate has experience at high volume establishments, preferably with a refined, if not necessarily upscale, service and bartender experience.
-Must be comfortable contributing to a team mentality.
-One to two years of bartending experience , preferably at a high volume, upscale/casual establishment
-Must have at least a year of serving, preferably at a high volume, upscale/casual establishment
-Must have some wine and spirit knowledge
-Must be comfortable contributing to a team mentality and working in a tip pool
- Must have general knowledge of ingredients in classic cocktails
