Anchor Rose is looking for experienced kitchen manager/chef to assist the executive chef in running kitchen in newly opened restaurant and take lead on development of new concept - a casual seafood concept.
Experience with local seafood would be an asset.
Also someone who can develop and execute a catering menu - experience working and running a catering business.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations, including menu development and food preparation.
Ensure quality and consistency in every dish served.
Manage and train kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee inventory, food costs, and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for creating high-quality, innovative dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
