Team Leader needed for busy Goleta Coffee Shop; weekend availability necessary. 28 hours per week (5 x 6 shifts). Responsibilities include managing flow of prep; customer service, all cafe station duties (register, food prep, bar drink prep). Training period pay of $22/hour for 1st month and after that pay jumps to $28 including tips thereafter. Shifts may run 6 - 11:45 or 9:30 - 3:30.
