Job Summary:
As an Acupuncturist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality acupuncture treatments to our patients. Your role will involve performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and administering acupuncture therapy. The Acupuncturist should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for improving the health and well-being of others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions to determine the appropriate acupuncture treatment plan
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Administer acupuncture therapy using safe and effective techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations, treatments, and progress
- Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patients' responses and progress
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on self-care techniques
- Stay informed about the latest developments in acupuncture techniques and research
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and chiropractors, to provide comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and ethical standards in the field of acupuncture

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Valid certification or license in acupuncture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as an Acupuncturist, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of acupuncture techniques, theories, and meridian systems
- Excellent diagnostic and assessment skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
