Seeking a good natured, mature person who would enjoy our mother—a 92-year-old retired special ed teacher, lover of plants, flowers, classical music and healthy food. Our mom finally realized that she is not getting any younger, stronger or taller, nor is her memory getting any sharper. There is simply too much involved in running her household. She would welcome help with light housekeeping, outdoor walking, shopping, errands, meal prep and home projects. Schedule could be flexible, but our mom likes to sleep late, so early afternoons are best. Pay is $22 - $25/hour.
Ideal candidate will have:
1. Prior experience working with older people
2. Current drivers license, car in good working order, and clean driving record
3. Availability 5 days/week, preferably in the early afternoons on Wednesday - Sunday
4. Excellent references and willingness to undergo a background check
