We are looking for a professional dental hygienist to join our team in both our Lompoc and Santa Barbara private practice! We seek someone who is passionate about patient care and dental education. We partner with our patients to improve their dental and overall health. We pride ourselves on a strong periodontal program and building long lasting relationships with our patients and hope you do too!
Our team needs someone with the same mindset, goals and who wants to be with us for the long term. We hope we can build more than a career for our team members. We are building a place they can call their dental home. Our office is fully paperless with digital x-rays, a panoramic and CT machine on site, oral cancer screening technology and multiple specialty services.
Our hygienists consistently earn $50-75 per hour in addition to benefits. We prefer to have our hygienists with our practices full time to help build the patient relationships that are so important to our culture and for continuity of our periodontal program. Our full benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, a 401K plan with employer contributions, paid vacation and bonus program for the right candidate. Full time or part time is possible.
