We’re an upscale, privately owned dental office, and we’re looking for a rockstar Business Team Member to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be counted on to help get our patients the care they need, be a liaison between the patients and the doctor and keeping the doctor busy treating our patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Keeping schedules organized and patients happy
Answering phones like a pro (because first impressions matter!)
Handling patient records with precision
Responsible for billing, financial reports, and treatment coordination with patients
- Guiding patients to making good decisions on treatment and making it affordable
Contributing to a fun, supportive team environment
Following up with patients in need of appointments with doctor and/or hygienist

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of dental office experience at any position
Exceptional organization and time management skills
A friendly, professional personality with top-notch communication skills
Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
Must be proficient in written and spoken English
High school diploma required (college education in business or healthcare is a plus)
