Massage Therapist – 1099 Contractor

A busy medical practice in Santa Barbara is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor.
Position Details:
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: $100 flat rate per patient (tips are not accepted, as this is a medical practice)
Schedule: Start with one afternoon per week, with opportunity for growth as patient demand increases
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Licensed Massage Therapist in California
Bonus if experienced in TMJ massage and/or intraoral massage techniques
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to individual patient needs
Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care plans
Maintain proper sanitation, documentation, and confidentiality
Also open to renting out a very nice and spacious room, to see your own patients, while you maintain some availability to see ours as well.
