Medical Assistant – Back Office
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible within that range)
Environment: Team-oriented, supportive clinic setting
Responsibilities:
Perform patient intake, including rooming patients and recording vitals (blood pressure, temperature, etc.)
Administer injections and vaccinations as directed by providers
Assist with clinical procedures and back-office tasks to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Prepare and stock exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient care
Support providers and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality patient experiences
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Current BLS certification
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting preferred
Open to ENTRY LEVEL!
