Medical Records Designee/Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining a medical records system that manages health records in a manner that conforms to community policies and governmental regulations. Provides administrative, coordination and functional support to the Medical Center. Must possess aptitude for detail and ability to follow instructions, have a working knowledge of Title 22 regulations, possess a Coding certificate. Registered Health Information Technician certification preferred.
