Full job description
We're looking for a skilled and caring Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The right person will have experience in primary care and be interested in integrative medicine, including giving joint injections. You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care, blending traditional and holistic treatments. We prefer candidates who are in-network with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, and Blue Shield.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients thoroughly, including medical history, exams, and tests.
Create personalized treatment plans, combining traditional medicine, lifestyle changes, and complementary therapies.
Give joint injections and other treatments safely and effectively.
Collaborate with doctors, chiropractors, and others for the best patient outcomes.
Educate patients on staying healthy through prevention, diet, exercise, and stress management.
Track patient progress, adjust treatments, and keep detailed records.
Stay up-to-date with training in integrative medicine and primary care.
Qualifications:
PA or NP degree from an accredited program.
Licensed as a PA or NP in California.
Certification in physical medicine preferred.
Experience with joint injections preferred.
Good knowledge of evidence-based medicine and integrative healthcare.
Strong communication skills and empathy.
Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly.
In-network with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, and Blue Shield preferred.
Committed to learning and growing in integrative medicine.
Familiar with electronic health records and medical software.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
