Our established practice combines the stability of a legacy institution with the energy of a modern healthcare facility. Operating seven days a week, we serve a diverse mix of occupational medicine (80%) and urgent care (20%) patients in a dynamic, well-organized environment.
The Opportunity:
We're seeking a healthcare management professional who excels at both maintaining operational excellence and driving strategic improvements. You'll join a practice where core systems and procedures are already running smoothly, allowing you to focus on refinement and innovation rather than basic setup.
Key Areas of Impact:
Strategic oversight of daily operations and staff development
Financial stewardship, including budget management and performance optimization
Quality assurance and regulatory compliance leadership
Implementation of our new Electronic Health Record system
Relationship management with healthcare providers, insurance partners, and vendors
The Ideal Candidate Has:
3+ years of healthcare management experience
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements
Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
Background in occupational medicine or urgent care (preferred)
