Job Description:

The Front Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and ensuring smooth patient flow within the clinic. There are also opportunities for direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients upon arrival, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Answer and direct phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the office calendar efficiently.

Verify insurance information and handle billing inquiries.

Collect co-pays and process payments.

Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

Manage office supplies and ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming.

Assist with other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a medical office is helpful but not required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
