Positions are available in Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara. We work a 9/80 schedule, so every other Friday is a day off. We are offering compensation $25.00 - $28.00 DOE plus benefits.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as a Gutter Apprentice. In this role, you will assist our crew with various tasks related to gutter installations, repairs, and maintenance. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of gutter systems, including downspouts and gutter guards.
Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Clean and prepare work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule and to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in gutter installation is required.
Knowledge of various gutter systems and materials.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Valid driver's license is required for driving positions
