Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Action Roofing. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the scheduling of appointments.
Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information about our services.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and mailing.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of file management, communication, and other administrative procedures.
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bi-lingual is a plus
