CONSTRUCTION WORKER NEEDED (Santa Barbara)
Ho'okipa Design and Construction is looking for a competent Construction Worker to work on residential and other construction projects.
Experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment is essential.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
You must have the physical strength and endurance and work well with your hands.
Being a Team player, good in collaboration, and following instructions and safety rules are also important.
Responsibilities:
Assist tradespeople and machine operators in construction projects.
Erect and break up scaffolding, ramps, etc., with attention to safety.
Unload and carry materials at construction sites.
Use equipment to break old forms and structures
Demolish structures according to instructions.
Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fill gaps (e.g., cement, drywall).
Smooth and level new concrete or other materials.
Clean out the site from debris and discarded material.
Applicants must have a valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and transportation to get to and from job sites. Must have his/her tools and be able to lift 50 pounds safely.

Compensation will be based on skill level.
