Job Description:
We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys teamwork, and values attention to detail. You will work with heavy items, assist with repairs, and ensure our products and property are handled with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs (with assistance for heavier items).
Operate equipment such as a dingo (experience required).
Perform light furniture repairs, including sanding, priming, and drilling.
Water plants and maintain landscaping on the property.
Ensure items are handled with care and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks.
Maintain discipline and a strong work ethic to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in general labor or similar roles.
Proficiency in operating a dingo.
Basic skills in furniture repair and handling tools.
Physical capability to lift and handle heavy items up to 100 lbs.
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
A disciplined, driven attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
