We are a local, family-owned company providing services to both commercial and residential buildings in the Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, and Goleta communities.
We are interviewing experienced plumbers, handymen, and other specialized tradesmen who are looking for competitive compensation and reputable employee-client relationships. Recently, our workload demand has expanded and we are looking to hire full-time plumbers, handymen, and journeymen to start ASAP.
Required Skills
Including but not limited to; gas lines, pipe sweating, fusion & PEX piping, drywall patching, stucco, textures, concrete, electrical, framing, installation of water heaters and softeners, sinks, faucets, showers, fencing, general handyman and carpentry services (ie. fence and door repairs).
We require a reliable team player who values honesty, is punctual, and can adapt well to sudden changes while also maintaining a presentable and professional demeanor during their working hours.
Company Expectations
Execute high quality plumbing repairs, installations, and other property maintenance services.
Perform job completion in compliance to all local plumbing codes and regulations.
Diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions.
Document services performed and time spent at job locations daily.
Utilize smartphone applications required for accepting/assigning projects and time tracking.
Maintain consistent and clear communication between teammates.
Deliver purchased materials to active job sites.
Applicants MUST
Be confident in their ability to work independently.
Show a minimum of 2 years experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related work.
Take great pride and integrity in the execution and completion of their assigned projects.
Be fully capable of lifting 40lbs without assistance or issues in bending and/or squatting for long and short periods of time
Read and communicate clearly in English.
Have a valid social security number.
Provide proof of eligibility to work.
Hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
