Manage Team Member work activities through daily supervision and training to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by executing the quality and productivity of The Maids system in every customer home.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain The Maids standard of quality through quality assurance inspections while working with teams
Manage the customer working relationship
Prepare supply and equipment inventory needs to Operations Manager
Assist Operations Manager in determining staffing requirements and recruiting efforts
Deliver quality, efficient and courteous service while performing any combination of the services of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System
Perform all duties in an honest, safe and secure manner in strict accordance with The Maids policies, cleaning system and procedures
Delegates duties and provides supervision of each Team Member to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
Evaluates Team Member performance and provides recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, or dismissals
Provides training to new and experienced Team Members when necessary
Responsible for daily reporting including but not limited to customer complaints, payment collection, time keeping records and vehicle mileage
Responsible for the reporting of any issues to management such as mechanical problems, delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations
To actively contribute to The Maids customer growth, employee retention and the deliverance of a quality customer experience through the management of teams and adherence to The Maids policies and procedures.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Valid driver’s license
Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated supervisory potential preferred
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and/or walk continuously Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel frequently Ability to grasp, manipulate or assemble objects
Ability to reach below, at, or above shoulder level frequently Ability to constantly operate cleaning utensils and materials
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Duties are normally performed in an office or residential home environment. Travel is required between job sites and exposure to inclement weather and driving hazards is possible. Moderate exposure to cleaning solutions, perfumes, pets and pet dander, dirt, temperature variations and noise will occur.
Overtime or hours outside the normally defined workday or workweek may be required as needed.
