- Customer Service/Cashier/Sales Associate

Sales Associates and Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the following:

1. Sales and Customer Support:

- Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.

- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and handling returns or exchanges.

2. Product Knowledge:

- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and services.

- Keeping informed about product updates, features, and benefits.

3. Order Processing:

- Accurately processing orders, including order entry, payment processing, and shipping arrangements.

- Confirming order details and providing order status updates to customers.

4. Complaint Resolution:

- Addressing customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.

- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues.

5. Sales Targets

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

- Promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintaining records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests.

- Generating reports on sales performance and customer service metrics.

7. Client Communication:

- Maintaining open and transparent communication with clients.

- Keeping clients informed of order status, shipping details, and other relevant information.

- Customer Service/Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Yard/Delivery Personnel are responsible for the following:

1. Inventory Management:

- Handling and organizing inventory items in the yard.

- Keeping the yard clean, safe, and well-organized.

2. Loading and Unloading:

- Accurately loading and unloading inventory onto/from vehicles.

- Ensuring that items are secured and protected during transport.

3. Delivery Execution:

- Executing deliveries according to the schedule and routing.

- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.

4. Safety Compliance:

- Following safety protocols and regulations during yard and delivery operations.

- Conducting safety inspections on vehicles and equipment.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintaining records of inventory movements, loading/unloading activities, and delivery details.

- Reporting any incidents, accidents, or damage promptly.

6. Vehicle Maintenance:

- Conducting regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition.

- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs.

- Cleaning vehicle (inside and out, as needed) after last delivery each day
