We are a Santa Barbara-based event company looking to hire additional members for our production team.

We work at private estates, ranches, hotels, wineries, and all over the South Coast. Much of the work is outside in the fresh air, and it's always different!
Depending on performance, there is the opportunity for advancement within the company
This is a part-time role but with ideal availablity and our current workflow we have many "part-time" folks getting 40 hour weeks.
Applicable Experience:
-Theater Production
-Professional Audio, Video, or Lighting
-Rigging
-Fabrication
-Construction/ Electrical
Job Requirements:
-Setup and breakdown of equipment, load/unload trucks, assist in shop projects
-Understand company processes and procedures
-Interact with team members and other vendors professionally at all times
-Understand the technical aspects of the job and demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot problems
-Job tasks include heavy lifting
-Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed for events. (Late nights are part of our industry)
