We are a local floral design and event studio seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our on-call Strike Team to assist with post-event breakdown and strike. This role involves dismantling event setups, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring our spaces are left clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
Assist with teardown and packing of floral installations, furniture, and décor
Load/unload vehicles safely and efficiently
Follow team leads’ direction and work collaboratively
Maintain care and attention to detail while handling high-end materials
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to and from event locations
Evening and weekend availability may be required
Punctual, professional, and a team player
Prior event or labor experience a plus
