We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Pool Cover Technician. If you are a quick learner with some mechanical experience and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of pool covers and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool covers.
- Follow detailed instructions and adhere to company standards during training and on-the-job tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Some mechanical experience is required (e.g., familiarity with hand tools, basic repair skills).
- Ability to quickly absorb and apply information from on-the-job training.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
-Physical ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for up to 8 hours a day.
-Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including direct sunlight.
