About the Role:
Join our team for the holiday season! We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to help us manage the increased demand in our eCommerce warehouse located in Downtown Santa Barbara. This part-time, seasonal role has the potential to turn into a permanent position for the right candidate. Great opportunity for students, we are willing to work with your schedule. Hours might start with as little as 2hr per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare online orders with accuracy and care
- Ensure quality control standards are met for every item
- Stock and organize warehouse inventory as needed
- Assist with other warehouse tasks to support daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours as business needs shift during peak season
