About the Position:
As a Tile Laborer/Apprentice, you will assist our experienced tile installers with various tasks, including:
- Preparing and cleaning job sites.
- Mixing and applying adhesives and grout.
- Cutting and installing tiles.
- Assisting with layout and design according to project specifications.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
- Driving a company truck to deliver materials and equipment to job sites.
- Safely loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
- Basic knowledge of construction or experience with hand tools (preferred, but not required).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Great communications skills. Bilingual is a plus!
