Business Development Manager: Busy orthopedic office has a full-time opening for a Business Development Manager.
Job Purpose: Promote clinic and services by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Travel up and down the Central Coast including (but not limited to) Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Los Angeles, and Bakersfield to meet with longstanding and new referral sources. Travel is required.
Maintain relationships with current clients and cultivate relations with new clients
Promote clinic and physician services
Manage community and patient relations
Coordinate marketing events and materials
Develop and maintain social media and website content
Assist with miscellaneous office administration tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Applicant must be outgoing, a self-starter, and personable with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail. The applicant must also have reliable transportation as well as a willingness to learn.
