Social Media Assistant Internship
Join a growing small consulting agency as a Social Media Assistant.

Global Good Impact (GGI) is a small consulting company based in Santa Barbara. Our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen communities world-wide. GGI manages large-scale projects, events and offers educational programs in person and online to support people and organizations to build confidence, connectivity, leadership capacity and bring big ideas, teams and dreams to life. We focus on environmental sustainability, health and wellness, art and innovation and training the next generation of leaders in diverse fields to be confident, values-driven leaders.
Position Description:
-Assist in writing copy and creating graphics for facebook and Instagram to market events, projects, trainings and workshops for GGI and client projects
-Work with the program director to create a social media calendar and schedule engaging posts that support the goals of the company
-Work 5 hours a week
Internship Duration:
January 6 - June 30, 2020.
Desired Skills and Interests
-Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram, Canva and Google Docs and Sheets
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Have your own computer to work on
-Meet in person or virtually via zoom approximately 1 hour per week to review and plan out weeks activities
-Can do, professional, positive attitude
-Attention to detail
-Excellent writing skills in English (bi-lingual writing skills in Spanish is a plus)
-Desire to learn and grow
