Well established Media company located in downtown SB needs office assistant to work approximately 16 hours a month or 4 hours per week on a flexible schedule that can work around your other commitments. Compensation would be approx. $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
The ideal candidate would have a college degree and/or related work experience. Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office (word and excel) and Google Chrome are required. If you possess or learn computer media or video skills such as Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, premiere pro, in design, etc.) it may be possible to earn additional or increased pay for jobs involving those skills. Having a vehicle would be helpful to run occasional local errands.

Rental Price Options:
$2200 per month price is approximate. If you choose options to provide furnishings such as bed, furniture, private laundry, the new small appliances, etc. price would increase. The potential housemate working in Office Assistant position could reduce or offset their housing costs thru the income earned or thru the equivalent dollar discount.
Compensation would be received in actual dollars or as the dollar amount in rent reduction or in combination.
