Local Technology Company is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for Production Laboratories
As an Logistics Coordinator for Production Laboratories, you will be working in an ISO9100 controlled production environment as part of a multi-functional team. We are looking for a detailed oriented, reliable individual who demonstrates meticulous attention to record keeping and components tracking. Work consists of a combination of computer tasks, parts movements, the validation production status and data consistency. You will need to generate electronic ISO compliant documents that need to meet strict quality standards, requiring utmost attention to minute details. You will further have access to production laboratories involving semiconductor materials for coordinative and administrative tasks, interface with technicians, engineering and management. You will further attend regular production meetings, actively participating in schedule and priority discussions, work with colleagues to assure optimal workflow. You will monitor production process through electronic dashboards proactively identifying possible bottle necks. Excellent, independent communication and self-initiation are essential.
The position is full-time 40hrs/week. Regular hours are preferred, some flexibility can be accommodated. No prior laboratory experience is required. Diligence and attention to details are the most important criteria for this position. This is a position that is offered on a contractual basis that may evolve into permanent employment over time.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience working in an environment where meticulous and detailed oriented tasks are critical
Basic computer skills, use of Microsoft Office products
Able to learn various software used for document generation and parts tracking
Familiar with a dynamic team environment
