SUMMARY
The Product Engineer will help IntriPlex expand the design and production of electric vehicle and energy storage system battery components and assemblies by working with other groups including Business Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Sales, R&D and Quality. The Product Engineer is responsible for technical communication, specifications, and performance for IntriPlex’s new and mature products. The Product Engineer also generates or supports process and cost modeling for part and project quotations.

Customer technical communication via email, phone, web meeting, and face to face meetings
Component and assembly design support
Product technical specification development and refinement
Design for manufacturability in coordination with other company groups
Cost and process modeling
New product build planning and coordination support
Product verification and validation testing support
Product qualification management
Part and process data package compilation support
Voice of the customer within IntriPlex
Bridge between customer needs and IntriPlex manufacturing capability
Technical marketing support
Contribute to regularly scheduled company-wide status updates on all active programs

Work Environment: Typical desk/office environment, some work in press room, tool room, clean room and lab areas. Some exposure to loud manufacturing operation noise

BS, mechanical engineering or equivalent
