Exciting Opportunity for a Reagent Manufacturing Specialist!
Join our dynamic team at Bio Sb, Inc. as a Reagent Manufacturing Specialist full-time position that offers a unique entry into cutting-edge medical diagnostics. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. As a critical team member, you will contribute to producing high-quality immunohistochemistry (IHC) reagents, detection system kits, and primary antibodies.
Responsibilities & Duties
Manufacture Finished Goods for domestic and international orders.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Technical Procedures (TP), and Production Procedures (PP).
Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) in compliance with Quality System Regulation FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU IVDR 2017/746, and ISO 13485.
Produce internal records and manage inventory of intermediate and Finished Goods via internal record-keeping software.
Work with other production personnel to fulfill orders, assemble finished goods, bulk in-process goods, and maintain all other laboratory responsibilities.
Ensure products manufactured in production are inspected with attention to detail to guarantee the quality and accuracy of internal records.
Follow all safety guidelines, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), following GLP, and maintaining a safe laboratory environment.
Perform IHC experiments to optimize and better understand the application of current products.
Coordinate among departments to maintain the workflow of orders from sales to shipping & receiving.
Manage equipment and inventory of materials used in production.
Skills Required
Proficient in general laboratory practices, including preparation of solutions, chemical handling, and pipetting.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and adherence to internal documentation.
Ability to perform basic lab calculations, such as serial dilutions.
Capability to work independently without direct supervision.
Job Requirements
Preferred: BA or BS Degree, with a preference in Biology, Biochemistry, or other Life Science. However, a hard-working candidate with an HS diploma will be considered.
Previous experience in a medical device company is preferred.
Preferred: Previous training in production planning and inventory control.
