QUALIFICATIONS:
Secretarial and front office skills
Personal Computer skills: Word processing Microsoft Word for Windows,
(Microsoft Office suite)
Experience in overall office procedures, preferably in a human service agency
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly desired
Excellent communication skills using multi-line telephone system

RESPONSIBILITIES:
SB-38 Program Duties:
Types and files correspondence for the Drinking Driver and Drug Diversion Programs
Provides administrative assistant duties for the Drinking Driver Program Director
Completes client data input
Sets up appointments between counselors and clients
Maintains up-to-date case files
Compiles client intake packets
Assist with preparation of monthly County reports
SAVE Program Duties:
Supports SAVE Program with miscellaneous paperwork and scheduling appointments
Front Office Duties:
Orders all office materials and supplies
Orders printing of all stationary, business cards, etc.
Duplicates printed matter as needed
Maintains pamphlet library
Receives petty cash and credit card payments and processes check and cash deposits for accounting
Distributes building keys and assigns alarm codes to employees located at the main office
Processes parking placard for employees
Processes daily postage and calculates monthly postage report
Handles staff inquires and manages all office matters and has awareness of all CADA programs and policies
Responsible for scheduling maintenance service for the printers and fax machine as needed
Schedules maintenance for plumbing as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director.
This is a full time (40hrs/wk) position with benefits, including health, dental, retirement, & vacation/holiday/sick
Salary Range: $20.00-$24.00 dependent on qualifications and experience.
